Shipping & Delivery
There are times and circumstances when a customer would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to somewhere besides the address listed on their credit card statement. On our order form we request that the billing and shipping address be the same. The reason we do this is for credit card and address verification purposes. We do this to minimize fraud. The credit card company will simply state that the transaction is an exact match when all is good. If the shipping address is NOT listed in your credit card data base with the credit card company, then the response will come back as an "address mismatch". We cannot complete the order with address mismatches. The primary shipping service we use is FedEx, other shipping services are available by request only.*Free Shipping* only applies to the continental US orders that are more than $100.
Privacy & Security
Here at Race-Roots we take security very seriously which is why we currently offer are customers secure payments through PayPal and Google Checkout. Race-Roots will never contact you through email asking for Credit Card or Banking information. If this ever occurs we ask that you contact us immediately, so we can prevent this risk from spreading. We can not assume any risk outside of are site, so please maintain caution when purchasing.
Returns & Replacements
Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Waivers on this policy can be reviewed on an individual basis with our management staff. Store credit can be applied on item's that are 100% not used or mounted to the vehicle. 25% restocking fee applies. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY canceled order..
Ordering
All online orders are processed through the Race-Roots website at www.raceroots.com. All other orders will be processed through a Race-Roots employee, and will be handled by other forms of communication.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Race-Roots strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, pictures, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other factors we cannot guarantee that all item information including descriptions, pictures and pricing or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Race-Roots shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Race-Roots are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Race-Roots does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites. .
Viewing Orders
To View past orders please sign on to your Race-Roots account, and click the account link at the top of the site. You can view your orders in the "ORDERS" section of your account. To view current orders please click on the "My Cart" link at the top of the page. You can view and purchase your current orders from there.
Updating Account Information
Once an account is created it is up to the user to maintain the correct information such as name, address, email, and phone number so that Race Roots can process your orders correctly. Failure to provide correct information can cause long term delays in orders, so please check your account for accuracy.
